How long does it take to get a loan?

Usually no more than one business day (first loan only). Thereafter, if your loan request is received by
1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, the money will be in your bank account the next banking day.
Requests received after 1:00 PM EST will be in your account the following banking day.

What is the Wire Transfer schedule?

Loans before 1:00 PM EST Monday - Thursday will be in your account the next day.

Friday loan requests (before 1:00 PM EST) will arrive on Monday.

Weekend loan requests will be processed on Monday morning and funds will arrive in your account on Tuesday. All US holidays are observed and will add one day to the normal process.

How is the loan issued and how do I repay?

You give us two authorizations:

Authorization to electronically credit the loan proceeds to your checking account.

Authorization to electronically debit the loan repayment (including fees) or loan renewal fees from the same account on the loan due date.

Can I renew the loan?

YES. Simply request the renewal 3 days before the due date (online form is available). It is necessary to authorize the electronic debit for the renewal fee from you account.

Can I repay the loan in cash?

YES. Cashiers check is recommended. Payment must be received in our office on or before the due date.

Is my information secure?

YES. USAdvance uses a secure site certificate to protect your confidential information while being transmitted over the internet. All personal information, including name, social security number and bank information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Am I guaranteed that no more than the amount authorized will be withdrawn from my account?

YES. USAdvance is only authorized to withdraw a maximum of the amount authorized by you. All transactions are processed over the Federal Reserve Wire System and must follow strict FDIC rules. All accounts with FDIC member banks are protected.

Can I request multiple cash advance loans at the same time?

NO. Each client is limited to one outstanding loan at any given time. When all loans and fees have been repaid, you may request another loan.
